ProStar’s PRSBP5060NC hydraulic sheet-metal press
brake is easy to use and well built. It ships standard with a
complete set of production-style, single-vee tooling.

Both the upper beam and the back gauge on this two-
axis NC bender are encoder-controlled for precision.
The upper beam is actuated downward by two heavy,
industrial hydraulic cylinders. A hardened track includes
three axes of bearings, while a parallel mechanism forces
synchronization of top and bottom dies. These features
ensure accurate, quality bends across the beam width.
Three operating modes will assist you from setup to full
production. A rigid, electro-welded, plate-steel frame
ensures precision accuracy and smooth production runs.
